Sending Messages

To send a message to some or all of your team members in the Haven app, from the main dashboard, go to the navigation pane (accessible by tapping the menu button in the upper left-hand corner on your smartphone and already visible on the left-hand side of the screen on your tablet, desktop, and web-based versions of Haven).  Tap or click the Messages icon.  In the upper right-hand corner of the Messages page, tap or click the “New Message Room” button.  Give the message room a name, invite any team members whom you’d like to have see the message, and then tap or click the “Create Room” button.

When you tap or click the particular message room you’d like to enter, you will see a text box where you can type in your message and send.  Your team members in the message room will be able to read the message and respond just like in a chat over text on your phone.
