Create a user ID and password, log in, and recover a forgotten password.

Creating a Haven Account

To create your Haven account, go to https://app.withhaven.com/login or open the Haven app by tapping or double-clicking the Haven icon on your home screen or desktop.  You will then be able to create a user ID and password.

Creating a User ID and Password

When you first open the Haven app, you will see a login screen asking for your e-mail address and password.  Underneath, you will see buttons giving you the option to log in or create a new account.  Tap or double-click the “Create new account” button.  Fill out the information requested, including your e-mail address, first and last name, password, business name, business address, and tap or double-click the “Sign Up” button.

You will receive an e-mail at the e-mail address that you provided asking you to confirm your e-mail address.  Tap or click the “Verify Email” link in the e-mail.  Your Haven account will now be active, and you can log in anytime.

Logging In

When you first open the Haven app, you will see a login screen asking for your e-mail address and password.  Haven uses the e-mail address that you provided when you created your Haven account as your user ID.  Enter your e-mail address and password and tap or click the “Log In” button.

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, then you can reset your password to regain access to your Haven account. To reset your password, go to the login screen. Underneath the fields for your e-mail address and password, you will see a link that says, “Forgot Password?” Tap or click the link. The Haven app will e-mail you a link to reset your password. Tap or click the link to reset your password and choose a new password. Your new password will now be active, and you can log into your Haven account anytime.

User Accounts and Business Accounts

When you first sign up for a Haven account, you will enter in information about both yourself and your business.  Haven creates both a user account for you as an individual and a business account for the business that you provide information for.  Once the first individual associated with your business has created an account for the business, all other owners, managers, and employees should join that business by accepting invitations sent by an existing user with administrator privileges on the account.

Make sure that subsequent users do not create accounts and similarly provide information for your business or there will be multiple business accounts that purport to be associated with your business.

Once you’ve taken care of your account and login details, take a spin through the Haven app and see what you think!  To get acquainted with Haven, we recommend that you try taking the following actions:
